If you’d like us to make your wedding cake, the first step is submitting our contact form.  This will enable us to let you know whether we have availability for your date and cake requirements.

Don't worry if you're not sure what you want,  a £100 non-refundable deposit secures your date and then we can start working together to plan your dream cake.

 

Once your date is secured, you don't have anything more to do until around 6 months before the wedding.  That's when we'll be in touch to invite you to book a consultation with us.

The most important part of the process is getting to know you, and your cake consultation is where you can share all your ideas, and we can start to get a feel for your wedding vision.  We can chat about themes, colours, your wedding vibe, cake styles, flavours, right down to how many people you'll be sharing it with.

​​Your consultation includes a sample tasting box* with six flavours.

After your consultation you’ll receive a proposal containing design options and prices for the designs shown.  There’s usually a bit of back-and-forth communication at this point, because you’re absolutely free to make changes to the design until we have one you’re happy with.  

 

Once we’ve arrived at a final design, you’ll be advised of the price and we’ll email an order form with all the details of your cake size, portions, flavour(s), decoration and venue delivery details.

 

You’ll be invoiced for the balance of payment 10 weeks before your wedding date, and payment is due 8 weeks before the wedding.

 

We take care of everything from here on.  We’ll liaise with your venue, deliver and set up your cake on the day, and provide the venue and/or caterers with ingredient, allergy and serving information.
